Open discussion: humanities research in the current climate

The CHR recognizes that this moment is uniquely challenging.

We're here to help, beginning with this session on May Day dedicated to connecting and exchanging around recent governmental actions targeting the humanities and universities.

Whether you're a faculty / staff member, graduate student, or friend of the humanities, we'd love to see you at our open discussion at this critical moment. We invite you to share how recent actions have impacted your research, teaching, morale, or spirit. We also invite you to share perspectives on ways to move forward.

Some of our colleagues who have been impacted by the NEH grant terminations will be sharing thoughts, and we'll also have time for a broader discussion.
