Doing Humanities Work with the CHR

The CHR will host a hybrid workshop for Mason humanities faculty (broadly defined) to show how the Center can support them in securing external funding. During this lunchtime session, the CHR leadership team will showcase select grants for a range of federal, public, and private funding bodies.  

The CHR is interested in supporting the following types of projects and research teams: conferences and symposia, institutes, collaborative publications, and public humanities initiatives. The CHR can provide support in preparing applications, writing, and coordinating research teams.  

All are welcome. Even if you’ve never attended a CHR event, this workshop would be the perfect opportunity to connect with us and learn more. Please bring your lunch, ideas, and questions!
