Capitalism Reading Group

Past Event

Friday, November 17, 2023 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM EST
Virtual on Zoom

This semester, the CHR Capitalism Reading Group will embark on a sustained investigation into prostitution and sex work. Controversial, complicated, and totally urgent, we will read selections from recently published research prioritizing views from within the trade.

Attendees aren’t expected to have prior knowledge or have completed the entire reading selection to participate; typically, members will read a work’s introduction and a chapter of their choosing to promote healthy discussion without too much homework involved.

The reading for this session is still TBD. Please check back here for updates or reach out to the group's coordinator, Kylie Erfani (kmusolf@gmu.edu), for updates or to be added to the group's email list which includes the zoom link.
